The camp fee is $400 with a non-refundable $100 deposit due with the application. (If you have received a campership, please use the link sent to you by Grand Assembly to apply. It is also available from the top of the application page linked above.)

After submitting your application, please fill out all forms listed for download below, and submit them by July 20th.

The Camper Health History Form comes from the state of Massachusetts, and we legally cannot keep any girl at camp without that form completely filled out along with a copy of a current physical form within the last two years. If you are worried about trying to schedule a doctor's appointment to get a physical, both Urgent Care and Minute Clinic offer walk-in summer camp physicals. Either is just as acceptable as a doctor's visit.

If this is your first year coming to camp, you will also need to fill out a photo release form, which can also be downloaded at the bottom of this page. Returning campers have their photo form stored at camp and do not need to fill one out again.

By July 20th, 2021, the following forms must be digitally submitted:
-A fully filled out Camper Health History Form
-A copy of the camper's most recent physical
-A copy of up-to-date immunizations
-A copy of your insurance card
-A photo release form (if applicable)
-Covid-19 Acknowledgment of Risk and Consent to Test form
-Proof of Vaccination against Covid-19 (if applicable)
**Any camper that has not had these forms submitted by July 20th will not be able to attend camp this year.**

After July 11th a suggested packing list will be emailed to you.  Please go over it well in advance to ensure your camper has all the necessary items for a week away from home. Important Camp Notes discusses the Camp rules and requirements. Please review these carefully with your daughter/camper.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the registration process, please send an email to
